Youth
“Youth development is the most important thing for any club
really. We put out 55 players on a Saturday and I would say around
35 of them will be under 16. They develop as people and cricketers
through playing adult cricket so we look to provide them with the
opportunity to do so.
We have junior practice every Friday night with a number of
ECB level 2 and 3 coaches who work with the players to help them
enjoy cricket and reach their full potential. They’ll continue to work
with them after they leave the junior section as well to ensure that
they continue to progress.”
