We caught up with their Chairman Jeremy Degnan to find out more about the good work that the club has been doing in recent times. Involvement He told us, “I played my first game as an 11 year old in the U16 team back in the early 80’s. My dad played for the club and it was only natural that my brother and I followed suit. I have played every season since, although I am not the longest serving current player. Being Chairman of our fine club is very rewarding having seen it change so much over the last 30 plus years. My aim is that we as a club constantly improve both on and off the pitch ensuring we play at the highest level we can within our means. Our biggest challenge is to get players/members to visit the club on a regular basis other than playing days to take money over the bar.
