It’s a well-known fact that here in the UK, we’re not very
comfortable about discussing death and so it is that many of us die
without having made our wishes for our funeral known to anyone,
leaving our loved ones struggling with difficult and sometimes
challenging decisions. A quiet conversation with us, in comfortable

couple of ways in which we can help you.
You may prefer to set up a pre-paid funeral plan and as members
of both the National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD) and
the Association of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors (SAIF)
we have the advantage of working alongside one of the largest
funeral plan providers, Golden Charter. The ‘Independent Way Plan’
allows you to specify exactly what your requirements are and make a
one-off payment, which then guarantees the Funeral Directors fees
are held at today’s prices. If this is of interest to you, please call us

This service is offered completely free of charge, no fees
are taken but it means that at the time of need, we have all your
information in place for when your loved one calls. All we ask is that
you give a copy of your completed form to your next of kin and/or
solicitor so that they know what you have done.

We had five relegations in six years
between 2006 and 2011, stopping

Ambitions
“Our first ambition is to still be
here in five years time … we have
a super picturesque ground in the
centre of a small town, it’s a quality
product and we have kept the cost
of playing and being a member of
the club as low as we can do that we
can offer a game of cricket to more
people.
We had thirty children on All
Stars this week and this must be the
start of our new Junior Section. By
2024 we should therefore have an
Under 15’s, with a number playing
on a Sunday with me still Captain at
66, retired and helping Les and John
on the ground.”
