“IQE were approached by Newport Cricket Club around two years ago where they were looking for some local
sponsorship. We liked the idea of being part of a local community club supporting grassroots cricket and we took
out a gold package with the club. We also sponsor the junior section and try to help out with the great foundation
they have at the club.
We try and get down to as many games as we can and we also attended the county match where Glamorgan CCC
took on Gloucestershire CCC. IQE also take part in the sponsors day where we play a match with some of the county
players taking part. We have had some staff who have also took up cricket coaching at Newport CC.
Both Mike and Dave are doing a fantastic job at the club and the ground staff did an amazing job getting the pitch
