In this 12- week course , you will lose inches and change your attitude – gain confidence , elegance , and make fun , new friends . Recommended attire is sexy workout gear with high-heels . Yoga mats , gloves , knee pads , personal boas / fans are optional . All levels are encouraged and welcome .

Hip Hop Dance
Join this new and exciting Hip Hop class led by Kollizion Crew teacher Rochelle McParland . Each week you will focus on the technique and foundations of various styles within Hip-Hop which are : Locking , Popping , Waacking , Krump , and House . The classes will begin with funky warmups to introduce your body to the hip-hop grooves , followed by ‘ drills ’ which is a training technique used to perfect movements within each style whether it ’ s points within locking , stomps and swings within Krump , or footwork within House . Then , routine time . Beginner and Advanced dancers are welcome to join in as the instructor will adjust each movement to suit your level .
