Place :

Pot Roast and Ingrediance into the mositure lock dish

Seal:

The moisture lock dish tightly with ingrediance on top of the pot roast as shown

Refridgerate :

Pot Roast in moisture locked dish for approxmately 12 Hours

Place Pot Roast in Roasting Pan add carrots and potatos and your spices

Roast For 4 hours or until roast is completly tender and begings to fall apart (Happy cooking !) Enjoy !
