Bro. Francis Balwant
Bro. Augustine Francis Balwant is a
resident of Birchgrove, St. Andrew’s.
He is currently employed as a Senior
Environmental Health Officer with
the Government of Grenada. He has
been a GPSCCU member since 1985
and has served as a Network Member
for a number of years. Having served
on the executive of the Public
Workers Union, he is no stranger to
service to his fellow members. He
also served in a number of service
organisations eg. St. Andrew’s
Development Organisation, Lion’s
Club St. Andrew’s, Grenada Civic
Awareness Organisation, Birchgrove
Community Development Council
and
the
Grenada
Diabetes
Association.

Bro. De Allie is currently the General
Manager of Sissons Paints (Grenada)
Limited and has served in this position
since 1995. He holds Bachelor’s
Degree in Chemical Engineering, is a
certified mediator/arbitrator, holds an
ACCA certificate and in qualified in
internal auditing of quality systems.
He is also involved in national
development and has served as a
member of the Board of Directors
of Grenada International Financial
Services Authority, Cricket World Cup
2007 Inc, Grenada Chamber of Industry
and Commerce, Grenada Employers
Federation, Grenada Manufacturers
Federation, Caribbean Association of
Industry and Commerce and Private
sector Representative in the Senate.

Bro. Garvin Roberts
Bro. Garvin Roberts has given twenty
three years of dedicated service to
the Grenada Public Service. In 2010
he received a Masters of Business
Administration in Financial Services
Management from the University of
East London in the United Kingdom.
He has earned his ACCA certification
and has served as Deputy Accountant
General and Senior Accountant.
