Supplies

egg shaped styrofoam 3 or 4 inch

fabric of choice, roughly 1/2 yard

ribbon green or brown

scissors

flat head silver pins

white glue

Instructions

1. Measure and cut two by two inch squares out of your fabric.

take one square and pin onto the bottom of your egg, right side of your fabric should be facing up and you will be placing a pin thru each corner of the fabric into the styrofoam egg.

TOPPER: for the topper cut green ribbon at different lengths with an angle at top, with your scissors create small holes around the top of the egg by punching a hole, add white glue into the small holes and stuff the uncut sides of the ribbon down into the egg.

to make the pineapple points:

fold the fabric in half and then in half again, the open edge of your cut fabric should be on the right side and the bottom, the top left corner will be the point.

just to the left hand corner with ufinished point pointing up

pin the second one. place a pin on the left hand side of the second quare which will pin both side of the first square and the left side of the second.

Repeat this process around the egg to complete the first round. start a second round offset from the first on the second row below the first row and repeat this process til you get to the bottom of the egg.
