Directions:

Preheat oven to 425°F. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, nutmeg and salt, this will be your pancake batter, set aside.

In a 9-inch oven proof skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and continue to heat til butter is brown but not burned.

Pour the pancake batter you had set aside into the skillet and place it into the oven. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown around the edges and puffy.

Remove the skillet from the oven and sprinkle on the lemon juice and confectioner’ sugar over the pancake, Your pancake will fall that is NORMAL, slice & Serve while hot. ENJOY!!

3 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon white sugar

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

A pinch salt

3 tablespoons butter

Topping:

2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar

2 tablespoons lemon juice
