Directions:
Begin by washing off the cabbage and dry. Remove the hard stem.. Slice the cabbage into quarters and then slice each quarter into one inch wide strips.
In a large sauce pan add the olive oil, butter, seasonings
and the cabbage. Pour the chicken broth into the cabbage
mixture and stir til well coated.
Bring the cabbage to a boil over medium-high heat. Cover and reduce heat to medium low. Simmer for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until cabbage is tender. Before the cabbage is done cut chunks of the corned beef and add to cabbage mixture and cook til heated throughout.
