I Can Cook ISBN 9780971144170 Shared reader with Aardvark and Mouse teaches reading and making a race car to eat. The race car sandwich was first created in 1985 for Highlights magazine. It was my first published article and made me an author! I never ever thought about being an author, but kept submitting holiday crafts, kids recipes, stories, poems, and games to magazines. I continued writing in markets of the education, Christian, and secular. I kept creating, submitting and have never stopped. God has created the most amazing life beyond my imagination! I have written eighteen books and have over three hundred thousand copies printed in the world.
