me to pay back my system?
This is slightly different for everyone,
but here in Northland the answer is

things you can do to help reduce your pay
back time including:
- using timers so your appliances
run during the day when your
system is creating the most
power
- investing in a hot water heat
pump which reduces your
power consumption by up to
80% - hot water is the biggest
cost for most peoples power bill
- invest in energy efficient heating
such as a heat pump
- ensure your home is insulated
and well ventilated – this makes
it easier to heat which means
you don’t need to use as much
of the power you create for
heating purposes
