The Feelings world visually explores 10 different color-coded feelings and also suggests different strategies to handle them in a healthy manner through stories , examples , and games . The Mindfulness World offers five-breath guided meditation to scan the body and relax the mind . To encourage being grateful , it suggests simple things to be grateful for . The Kindness World promotes kindness , compassion , and empathy through stories and examples . It also suggests three simple steps to react to bullying safely .
