Lucky Charms Krispie Treats
A colorful , crunchy and kid-approved take on the classic Rice Krispie Treat !
Ingredients :
• Three tablespoons butter or margarine
• 25 large or 2 1 / 2 cups miniature marshmallows
• 5 cups Lucky Charms cereal
Directions : 1 . Grease a 9x9x2-inch pan . 2 . In a pot , melt marshmallows and butter until combined . 3 . Mix in Lucky Charms until completely coated . 4 . Press mixture into the pan with greased hands . 5 . Let cool and eat !
Cucumber Shamrock Sandwiches Tea time , anyone ? These dainty little tea-party-inspired bites are as pretty as they are tasty .
Ingredients :
• Four slices of bread / two English muffins
• Cream cheese , at room temperature
• A dozen thinly sliced cucumbers , plus one long , thin piece of peel for each sandwich
Directions : 1 . Toast the bread . 2 . Spread a thick layer of cream cheese onto each piece of toast . 3 . Arrange cucumber slices on the toasts in a shamrock shape . 4 . Add a slice of pepper or cucumber at the bottom to make the “ stem .” 5 . Garnish with cilantro or parsley and serve open-faced .
