INGREDIENTS :
• Green Bell Pepper
• Cheddar Cheese
• Mini Corn or Flour Tortillas
DIRECTIONS:
1. Lay the green bell pepper
on its side to get a three-
lobed shamrock shape.
(If your pepper has four
lobes, you’ve got a lucky
clover on your hands). You
can start by slicing off the
top or bottom of the pepper.
2. If you’re not planning on
utilizing the entire bell
pepper, start with
the bottom part of the pepper, which will yield better
clover shapes. Use the remnants of the bell pepper to
cut stems.
3. Place a slice of cheese on top of a mini flour or corn
tortilla. Then place a green shamrock pepper slice
and stem on top of the cheese.
4. Place tortillas on a tray. Broil in an oven until cheese
is melted. Let the cheese cool before serving.
Then you’re done. Eat up!
