INGREDIENTS:
Cake:
• 2 1/4 Cups Flour
• 1/2 Cup Sugar
• 1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
• Pinch Salt
• 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
• 1/4 Cup Butter, softened
• 1 1/4 Cups Raisins
• 1 Cup Buttermilk
• 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
• 1 Egg
Glaze:
• 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
• 1/4 Cup Butter
• 1/2 Cup Heavy
Whipping Cream
• 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a mixing bowl, add in all dry ingredients, mix well.
(DRY: Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Salt, Baking Soda)
3. In the same bowl, slowly add wet ingredients (WET:
Butter, Raisins/Cranberries, Buttermilk, Heavy Cream, Egg)
4. Line a bundt pan with parchment paper or use cooking
spray. (You can use a loaf pan, cake pan, or muffin tins
if you want.) Pour in the mixture and place it inside the
middle of the oven.
5. Cook for 30-45 minutes, check after 30 minutes to see
if a toothpick or fork comes out clean when placing it
inside the cake.
