SMOOTHIE
This is a smoothie that my son
loves. It’s light and refreshing,
and full of vitamin C. I especially
like to make these when I feel
our family needs an immunity
boost. Sometimes I even add a
little Emergen C powder to it
if we’ve been exposed to a cold
virus. Here’s the Kid’s Kitchen
take on the “Orange Julius”.
