MATERIALS :
• Glue / Tape
• Scissors
• Ribbon / String
• Red , White , and Blue Construction Paper
• Red , White , and Blue Tissue Paper
DIRECTIONS :
1 . Cut a blue piece of construction paper in half vertically . Tape the two ends together to make a cylinder .
2 . Using the white construction paper , draw and cut out stars , then glue them to the blue cylinder .
3 . Cut 6 ” strips of red , white , and blue tissue paper .
4 . Glue each strip inside the bottom of the the blue cylinder .
5 . Measure an 8 ” strip of ribbon . Glue it on opposite sides inside the blue cylinder , to hang or carry the wind catcher .
Then you ’ re done ! Watch it breeze by right to left !
