MATERIALS :
• 2 cups plain flour
• 1 / 2cup table salt
• 2 tbsp cream of tartar
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 / 3 cup glitter
DIRECTIoNS :
All you do is mix the dry ingredients and add the oil and boiling water and then stir . To make the stickiness go away , simply knead it for a bit .
