My First Workout ® is a progressive strength and conditioning
program for kids age 5-10 to do at home with a parent two
days a week for 25 minutes. The entire program consists of
12 individual strength workouts and eight expertly chosen
pieces of equipment. Certified Personal Trainer, Michelle Miller,
designed the program for children of all skill levels and abilities
with the purpose of getting kids hooked on fitness from an
early age, to improve family connections and to equip kids with
skills that will enhance their quality of life for a lifetime.
