INGREDIENTS:
• 5 oz. Chow Mein Noodles
• 12 oz. Milk Chocolate Chips
• Muffin Tin
• Candy Eggs/Jelly Beans/Peeps
DIRECTIONS:
1. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray.
2. Melt milk chocolate in a separate bowl
in the microwave. Heat in 1 minutes 30
second intervals and stir until all chips
are melted.
3. Dump in your chow mein noodles into
the chocolate, and stir lightly until all
the noodles are coated.
4. Place 2 spoonfuls of chocolate covered
noodles into each muffin tin and press
down or manoeuvre the noodles to create
a dip in the center where the eggs or
peeps will go.
5. Place 2-3 Easter candies of your choice
in the center of the haystack cookie and
place the muffin tins in the refrigerator.
Let sit until the chocolate hardens.
Tip: If you don’t have muffin tins you
can use parchment paper.
