he person we decided to name the spotlight artist is Charles Hagan. This collection represents the raw
art works which are created by the amazing, fantastic and at the same time talented artist, painter, illustrator whose name is Charles Hagan.
Charles grew up on the west side of Chicago and also went to The Illinos institute of Art-Chicago for a year before he moved to carry out his degree in California. Where he also became a tattoo artist, where he now works for SD Tattoo in San Diego, California. Some people also know him outside of his tattoo work.
Just like any other artist Charles took time perfecting his work. His drawing of actual people and his own self portiat took him hours to perfect. Which possibly made it easier for his portiat tattoos.
