Nosferatu
Accompanied this year by solo percussion and electronic soundscape, the annual Halloween screening of Nosferatu is a Stein College tradition. This F. W. Murnau 1922 psychological horror / thriller will send shivers down your spine as the inimical machinations of Nosferatu cause havoc to a community and a marriage. Those attending in person are encouraged to come in costume.

Jacksonville University will celebrate its fifth annual National French Week November 1-5 with a variety of activities sponsored by our French students and student organizations. From cheese tastings to film viewings to coffee and conversation, join us to celebrate all things French. New for 2021 will be an exclusive soirée meurtre et mystère. During this interactive murder mystery party en français, put on your detective cap and brush off those French conversational skills to uncover the killer from among our shady suspects. Prizes and fun to be had!

Erasing Blackness: Racism in American Classrooms School of Humanities Guest Lecture
Dr. Michael Phillips, Professor of History at Collin College, presents a public lecture about how the education system in the United States obscures the history of racism. This historical context informs contemporary debates about how the history of racial issues should be taught in American schools today.
