About the mag!
If you had told me 4 years ago that I would be going to different cities launching a magazine I would have told you that you were lying. Visiting Cleveland last year made me realize that this city had so much potential. I fell in love with its museums, its landscape and even its people. Today I take pride in knowing that I’m able to provide a platform for artists in this beautiful city.
Since my involvement in the entertainment industry it was always a pleasure of mine to be able to share with the world what others are able to create. I surely am not an artist, however I am a lover of art. This magazine was created in 2014 under a different name, The C Magazine, due to its evolution and how I included men and women of art, it only made sense to change the name to CREATIV magazine Inc.
Since 2015, we have featured emerging artists, celebrities and emerging artists from all over the world. Today we celebrate a small step towards a long journey. The day we were accepted at the Palm Beach Library was the day I realized that the magazine was taken seriously. Granted, it started as a hobby, I never anticipated for the magazine to become a business but here it is.
Thank you Cleveland for receiving us. Thank you to North Coast College for hosting our first networking event and thank you to Berthony Le-Beau of Agalia Fashion for initiating CREATIV’s introduction to this city. I would also like to thank Courtney Washington for her beautiful work on planning this event in collaboration with us.
In this special issue we highlight the faces of Cleveland through art and fashion. Here is to a beautiful relationship to come!
