Workshop on group dynamics and leary's rose
The first day of activity of the project "Crazy 4 DemoCrazy CfD2015" started with name games and
getting to know each other better. The participants wrote their expectations about what they wanted
to learn and share from the training course. The schedule was presented and the participants made
the the rules that have to be followed during the training. In the activity "Compass point" the
participants were separated in 3 groups. They cooperated and discovered the main historical and
cultural sights of the city of Giovinazzo. Some of the tasks aimed to establish communication with
the local community. In the late afternoon, the communication model "Leary's Rose" has been
presented and the participants had the opportunity to make a short test to learn more about their
behavior in a group. We close the first day with a daily evaluation - the participants, separated in
group, reflected and discuss the implemented activities.
As well we started to prepare our platform in order to launch a survey about active participation of
young people in the society.
