It was my first training course ever . I wasn’t' sure what to expect at the beginning. My goal was to
meet new people from different cultures to find out more about them, their background and opinion
which the course fulfilled 100% . Despite the facts that i like such international experience, I'm
quite introvert and shy , so finding such non-judgmental and kind people was perfect ,not to
mention professional trainers and helpful hosting team . After this week I have more knowledge
about learning regarding
methods of non-formal
education both through
theories and practice .
Improving my debating and
negotiating skills in real life
environment. Listening to
other people's opinion on
the current issues of
democracy. On personal
level better cultural
understanding, new friends,
getting out of my ''comfort
zone'' ,thinking about issues outside of boxes.
Things that I liked the most were ''Apocalypse'' simulation with the aim of create a perfect society
.It was one of the best role play I have ever experienced .Despite the frustration somehow it was
engaging , exciting ,funny but in retrospective full of interesting inputs.
As well I enjoyed a lot the debate session in Corato city hall .Because of the surroundings It was
unforgettable experience .Also lectures from EURES and EURODESK representatives. Maybe not
as interactive as I was expecting but still really valuable, useful, prepared for me as a newbie in
such programmes . Hosting team and trainers together managed to create such an environment were
they were ''one of us''
