New Year resolutions have been a norm for us year in, year out. We make certain promises to ourselves, some make it mentally while some even go ahead to write them down. Sometimes, we share the resolutions with others and sometimes we don ' t, we just plan to work on them low-key. It works sometimes while some doesn ' t work, we just repeat the same cycle over and over.

Maybe you want to stop smoking and drinking, or you want to start a course, or you want to get that job or save up that money this year, how about you start by taking conscious steps towards achieving them?
