DO YOU HAVE THE RIGHT SKILLS AND QUALITIES TO BE CRANBROOK’ S DIRECTOR OF SCHOOLS? DO YOU HAVE:
• The personality, warmth and leadership ability to inspire the entire school community?
• An advanced degree in a content area and / or a doctorate in education with at least fifteen years’ experience, preferably in an independent school setting or higher education in a senior administrative position?
• A track record of success as a fundraiser?
• A collaborative nature that will allow for close work with Cranbrook’ s President?
• Talent as a writer and speaker and a willingness to be the Schools’ spokesperson?
• The ability to attract and develop talented faculty and staff?
• Experience and expertise in admissions, curriculum development, faculty supervision and evaluation?
• The strength to encourage and support change and innovation while retaining the core values and traditions of Cranbrook?
