The NMC Horizon Report, on the other hand, recently removed Gamification and Game-based learning from its report based on declining estimates.

I believe this is incredibly shortsighted. The new elephant in the room is Augmented Reality, and this will change education... and the opportunities for Games in the classroom are greater than ever!

One reason for the declining estimates of the NMC Horizon Report is that Gamification in the classroom has been very difficult to accomplish for TEACHERS. The tools do not make it easy to use their existing material.

This is another strength of our product.
