Yearly subscriptions will be sold in blocks of 20 student “seats” per package.

A yearly subscription for one block of 20 students is $150.

5 blocks are eligible for a 10% discount ($675 discounted from $750)

10 blocks are eligible for a 15% discount ($1275 discounted from $1500)

25 blocks are eligible for a discount of 20% ($3000 discounted from $3750)

Following proof of concept, we expect penetration into the market similar to Classcraft. Classcraft is used in over 20,000 schools in the US. Many of these are free for use. We will only offer a limited time trial for free for use in our product.

Average purchase is expected to be 10 blocks (one teacher)

This is the average number of students a teacher has for a single grade. (4-5 classes with 4 hours per week).

Our initial goal is to achieve a penetration of 5000 blocks (approximately 2500 classrooms / 500 teachers) of PreK-12 by the end of our first year of operation.

We will seek to add 750 new teachers per year/per salesperson.

We will grow our salesforce by one, starting in the 2nd year

Operating expenses will be expected to rise by 20% per year

Sales attrition of existing members will be calculated at 10% per year
