Everything you need to know to get the best out of your custom outfit .
Craft Custom works with a number of rules . These rules provide clarity for you and us throughout the entire process . Your design & project manager will be happy to personally explain these rules .
COSTS
The prices of all items are fixed . Which color or pattern you choose has no influence on the price . What you need to take into account are the fixed start-up costs . Start-up costs will be charged separately for each unique item number . Would you like to go one step further in the design of your custom outfit ? Various options are possible , often at a minimal additional cost per item . The additional options can be found in the catalogue and price list .
QUANTITIES
The minimum quantity for Craft Custom is 30 pieces per order , of which at least 10 pieces per item number . Please note that the items for women , men and juniors have their own unique item number .
If you order less than 10 pieces per item number , additional costs will be charged . For Bike , Run , Nordic Ski , and Triathlon :
1 - 2 pieces = 100 % surcharge 3 - 4 pieces = 60 % surcharge 5 - 9 pieces = 25 % surcharge
If you order less than 10 pieces per item number , additional costs will be charged . For Teamwear :
1 - 2 pieces = 100 % surcharge 3 - 4 pieces = 75 % surcharge 5 - 9 pieces = 50 % surcharge
RE-ORDERS
Craft Custom items can be re-ordered from 5 pieces per item number . If you place a repeat order within six months , the start-up costs per item for this order will be waived . For further conditions and costs we would like to refer you to our price list or the design & project managers of Make Your Own Design .
