The design and production process
1 . DESIGN CREATION
We are happy to help you create the best design for your club or company . In collaboration with the members on our graphic team , who will help you throughout the process , we will create your unique design .
Before we start , we need :
• Item number
• Design preferences
• Pantone colors info
• All graphic elements and logos in vectorized format : ai / eps / pdf
2 . DESIGN APPROVAL
The first sketches are usually made on two garments ( shirt and shorts , for example ), which are sent to you for approval .
3 . SAMPLE PRODUCTION
Once the sketches are approved , physical samples will be produced to ensure that the logos and colors are correct . These are sent to you for approval .
4 . SAMPLE APPROVAL
If the samples are approved without changes , the design is transferred to the remaining items in the order and additional sketches are then sent for approval . Once the final sketches and physical samples of all products have been approved , the final order can be placed and the production can begin .
5 . ORDER
Send the order to us as soon as it is ready .
6 . SPECIFICATION AND DELIVERY
Your salesperson , or the Custom manager , can give you more information about timeline , prices and delivery options .
