Cori started in media, hosting her popular craft beverage-focused podcast Under My Host, where she has earned
quite a following over the last few years. Cori founded CRAFT out of the desire to further spread the word about the
craft food and beverage industry. She is the co-founder of the non-profit organizations Veterans in Craft and Ferme
Lab. She was named one of Imbibe magazine’s 75 People to Watch in 2014. In 2015, she was appointed as a member
of the Good Food Awards Spirits Committee.
Erin Jimcosky

Erin started at Mutineer Magazine in 2009, penning the column Hungry Mutineer. Since then, she has served as Mu-
tineer’s Food Editor, Team Coordinator, and Publisher. She is currently CRAFT’s Food Editor. At CRAFT, Erin works
with writers to shape the content from the ground up while penning her own columns about food, farming, and
cookbooks. In the fall of 2016 Erin will be launching the website DevourLit.com to explore books and book culture. Erin
was also a 6th grade Geography Bee Champion, of which she is disproportionately proud. She is currently keeping it

Philip Jimcosky has done food and product photography for Mutineer Magazine, Anchor Distilling, Leaf & Vine Wine,
St. Suprey and Greater Purpose Wine as well as location shoots in Spain. But his real love is photojournalism. When
he isn’t in his home studio, he can be found chasing down the perfect in the vineyards and hills of Northern California.
Maggie Campbell

Maggie is a current Masters of Wine Student and Head Distiller - President at Privateer Rum. She was the founder of
the Denver Brewer’s League, currently serves on the Board of Directors of the American Craft Spirit Association and
co-chairs their Education Committee. She first became interested in learning distilling in 2004 on a trip to Scotland
and has since received her Diploma in Craft Distilling Technologies from the Siebel Institute, her Level IV Diploma
from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust, and won the Denver Brewsters Women’s brewing competition. She pre-
viously worked as assistant distiller at Germain-Robin.
Dave Pickerell

Dave Pickerell currently serves as the Master Distiller for several distilleries. He also served at George Washington’s
Distillery at Mount Vernon for about 17 years, where he oversaw the commercial production of George Washington’s
Rye Whiskey, including the first batch made since 1814. He provides consulting services to the craft beverage alcohol
industry through his company, Oak View Consulting. For more than 14 years, he oversaw the handmade production
of Maker’s Mark bourbon in Loretto, Kentucky. He graduated from the US Military Academy at West Point with a BS
in Chemistry and received his master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville.
Joleen Senter Durham has college degrees and professional experience in the fields of writing, editing, marketing,
communications and public relations. She is passionate about telling the story of Piney River Brewing Company,
the brewery she started in 2010 with her husband, Brian. The brewery is located on their 80-acre farm in the heart of
the Ozarks, where Joleen and Brian also raise a herd of mash-eating beef cattle and a precocious, root beer making
son, Andy. Joleen also enjoys growing all kinds of perennial and annual flowering plants and shrubs, cooking for her
family, kayaking and fishing.
