1 lime
¾ oz. simple syrup
2 oz. cachaça
5 oz. Sierra Nevada Bigfoot barleywine-style ale
Cut your lime in half, then into quarters. In shaking tin, muddle two pieces of lime into
simple syrup. Add cachaca and shake, with ice, for 10 seconds. Strain and top with
Bigfoot barleywine.
