They’ve actually done collaborations with Mikkeller as well. Do you do a lot of cooking? Yeah, I’m good at a few things. I’m not great at everything. We actually grill a lot be- cause we’re in upstate New York and surrounded by organic farms. We also have a big garden ourselves where we grow all kinds of herbs, kale, and different vegetables. So, we make a lot of fresh food. There’s an amazing farm store near us called the Hoffman Valley Farm Store that actually sells a lot of beer too. They make all kinds of amazing fresh stuff like sauerkraut, raw milk, and yogurt. So that’s kind of the scene up there. We enjoy that quite a bit. Finally, “Fake Empire” off of Boxer figured pretty prominently in President Obama’s 2008 election campaign.
