The people of Anthem, much like the
summer, have a laid-back approach to
food and beer. According to Anthem’s Ben
Childers, “Beer and food are the ultimate
friends. Used as either complimentary or
contrasting partners in flavor they can
produce a wide range of sensations across
your palate. Outside of that, what is better
than having a large meal with family and
friends, enjoying beers together and letting
it loosen up the mood?”
OK Pils – This beer is great because it is not
overpowering, but has a great balance of
hops and malt, making it a very easy beer
to drink. Great for lazy summer afternoons.
The good people of Anthem enjoy it with
Oklahoma favorites--fried fish and onion
burgers.
Golden One – This is a very food friendly
brew with tropical flavors and coriander
spice. It works really well with flavors of
sweet and spice, barbecue, many Thai
foods, as well as dishes like Tikka Masala.
