FREEZE, TONGUE TEASE I’m keen on this particular combo (Cerasum’s bit- ter, floral, cherry notes with Grady’s chicory-cof- fee-spice blend), but I reckon before summer is done I’ll have made this icy coffee a dozen different ways with a variety of bitter aperitivos and joe. Yields nine 5 ½ oz. pops 4 c. strong Grady’s Cold Brew (brewed with a 1/4 less water) 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 8 oz. Don Ciccio & Figli Cerasum Aperitivo Stir all three ingredients together until sweetened condensed milk is thoroughly combined. Funnel into BPA-free, food grade, freezer safe popsicle/candy bags. Freeze overnight. FREEZING TEMPS TEMPER TASTE BUDS I’m all for cutting back on sugar when possible, but keep in mind when adjusting these recipes to your taste, poptail bases should be a bit sweeter than typical cocktails. © Hundred-to-One LLC 2018.
