grenadine. Use Quince & Apple Tart
Cherry Grenadine ($13.50) to fix a host
of cocktails and drinks like pink lem-
onade, lime rickeys, Jack Rose, and
sparkling sharbat.
Grand Rapids maker Zenobia Taylor-Weiss uses
produce sourced from small Michigan farmers
(purchased at fair prices), minimal sugar, and the
traditional French method to create Cellar Door
preserves. Spoon her decadent Balaton Cherry
Jam ($12), (loaded with whole pitted cherries!)
over grilled pork and lamb, oozy triple cream and
