time, without incident). Drop one of the
compostable coffee sachets in a big Ball jar,
add water, seal, let it steep overnight, and
wake up to a brew that’s ready to go. Serve
Grady’s Cold Brew ($12+) over ice, Viet-
namese-style with sweetened cond ensed milk,
in cocktails like Tango Nuevo, or in my
Brain Freeze, Tongue Tease alcopop.
