I don’t have a to-die-for pimento cheese recipe of my own,
so when I started asking around for a tried and true
family recipe my friend Julie told me that she has something
better than her recipe, she told me to try Palmetto Cheese
Spread with Jalapenos ($6, 12 oz.). Well, I don’t recall having
one better, so as long Palmetto cheese is around, why
waste another afternoon grating cheese and chopping
pimentos? (Thanks, Julie!)
