Blogger, Lily Diamond of Kale & Caramel is a dif-
ferent kind of food and lifestyle blogger. For
starters, she brings a bit of fun into the mix and
doesn’t recommend drinking fairy dust while put-
ting stones in your bits at the full moon. Instead,
she shares delicious, nutritious recipes that cele-
brate everything we love about food. Diamond also
shares terrific recipes for facial masks and body
scrubs that are a heck of a lot of fun.
Diamond also happens to be one whiz bang vegan
and vegetarian cook. Her cookbook, Kale & Cara-
mel shows off her culinary prowess with gorgeous
recipes such as the Burrata Artichoke Tartines with
Pesto featured here. Lily also shared with us her ap-
proach to flavor and cooking.
