Legacy Park at Tradition in final phases
The Sansone Group has continued to develop several Class-A speculative industrial facilities in Legacy Park at Tradition . Recently completed is a 168,000-square-foot rear-load building with immediate access to Interstate 95 . Also nearing completion is a 520,000-square-foot crossdock industrial building in Legacy Park at Tradition . In late 2023 , Costco Warehouse Depot was brought forward to be included in Legacy Park . The project , when completed , will be one of the largest economic development projects to come to Port St . Lucie . At full build-out , Legacy Park will have more than 5 million square feet of facilities and employ more than 3,000 people .
