The Lead Sheet Association is at the forefront of
training and technical advice in the use of Rolled Lead
Sheet to BS EN 12588 in the construction industry and
it has a number of technical experts that can provide
guidance and advice for those specifying the material.
It also runs a range of courses for contractors and
installers, from basic, to more advanced and specialist
programmes. The LSA also champions the use of
Rolled Lead Sheet in the industry with key research
looking at the economic, technical and environmental
characteristics of lead.
As a member of the RIBA CPD Network the LSA
offers free CPDs that cover the details of lead’s key
characteristics, as well as insight gained from onsite
inspections and years of experience.
