CPDS is exclusive to DCE delegates and intended to keep you up to date with the next series of regional seminar events. Please see the next two pages, 4 & 5, for information on the dates and locations for our Meet the EXPERTS Technical Forums for the first part of the year - up to mid June - some 35 different opportunities to acquire CPD hours! Once again, the DCE tour is reaching the distant parts with dates in Cornwall, West and North Wales, East Anglia, Scotland and the Lake District. We are, of course, hitting the ‘big’ cities and, in fact, have a couple of ‘specials’ in London: Feb 25 REPAIR, REFURB, RETROFIT and, May 22 STRUCTURAL TLC - see info on these on pages 18,19 and 30,31 respectively. The DCE tour will return to the Emerald Isles again in April after a five year absence, with three dates in the Irish Republic. Then, we are back in Northern Ireland again in October. All of the DCE events will see some excellent and technical Problem Solving Product Presentations from leading industry EXPERTS. All talks will comply to the CPD requirement to ‘Technically Update’ and, at each event, we will continue to distribute CPD Attendance Certificates. FRONT COVER STORY Apart from the two London ‘specials’, ALL of the Meet the EXPERTS events have THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT as the theme. Then at some locations, there will be sessions on CIVILS & STRUCTURALS also. Hopefully, you will be pleased to know that the 2014 tour has some brand new participants, some new companies with different seminar topics. We also have a number of companies who you may have seen before, however, many have been refreshing, updating and renewing their presentation content so, effectively, we will have mainly fresh seminar content throughout 2014.
