OUR CPD OFFER
Southern Universities Network( SUN) is delighted to offer a range of Continuing Professional Development( CPD) opportunities for colleagues working in schools, colleges and other educational settings across the region.
Our CPD programme has been designed to increase understanding of key issues affecting young people ' s educational journeys, support effective progression guidance and provide practical strategies that can be implemented within educational settings. Sessions are delivered by SUN staff, university partners and external specialists with expertise in widening participation, progression and student support.
How to Book
All CPD sessions can be booked online via the SUN website. Following registration, attendees will receive a confirmation email and joining instructions, including a Zoom link for online delivery.
Who is the training for?
Our training is suitable for school and college staff, including teachers, senior leaders, pastoral teams, governors, careers, and admin staff, as well as university colleagues working in recruitment, outreach, teaching and student support roles, and local authority staff working within education services.
Looking for training tailored to your team?
Many of our sessions can also be delivered within your school or college as INSET day workshops, twilight CPD sessions, departmental training, or staff conference sessions.
