Regulations, and Code
With proclamation of the new CPA Act—see page 20 for Act highlights—come new bylaws and bylaw regulations, as well as a new code
of professional conduct. These documents are now available on our
website at bccpa.ca. More highlights will be provided in future issues
of CPABC in Focus.

CPABC was a sponsor of the 2015 Government Finance Officers
Association of BC (GFOA of BC) Annual Conference, which was held
in Penticton from May 27 to May 29. Two-hundred-and-seventy-five
attendees consisting of GFOA of BC members, sponsors, exhibitors, and
speakers attended the conference, taking in three days of educational
sessions, keynote speakers, and networking opportunities, along with
a trade show and banquet.
