THE THREE-LEGGED STOOL OF HOME-CHURCH-SCHOOL

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
As we look back on the 2024-2025 school year at CPA, I believe we can say that the entire leadership team, Head of School Nathaniel H. Morrow, all of the administrators, faculty, staff and coaches upheld our mission. Our mission— assisting Christian families in helping students come to know God, evaluate all knowledge and all life by His truth, and live transformed by His truth for His glory— is at the forefront of all Academy life. This is our mission and I am thankful for our God and those who have walked before us in His sovereignty in that mission’ s establishment. Our constitution, adopted by the school’ s founders from Christ Presbyterian
Church in 1985, provides the framework that the responsibility for the educating and the nurturing of the child rests with the parents, but also recognizes the necessity for the church and the school to work together with the parents to provide a unified worldview that we are all uniquely created by God the Father and redeemed by Christ on the Cross. Our Head of School often refers to this as the“ three-legged stool” of Christian education: family, church and school.
It is our privilege and honor to walk with you in this endeavor and be a part of the“ three-legged stool” and it is a responsibility that I hope you have found that the school leadership takes seriously. So, with a heart of gratitude to you, the par-
