In 1985, Christ Presbyterian Academy opened its doors with a vision rooted in Scripture and a calling to support Christian families in the education and formation of their children. It was a bold dream— one planted in faith, fueled by zeal, and founded on a simple but profound belief: that Christ should be at the center of all learning, all living, and all love. Forty years later, that dream has not faded. It has flourished.
The story of CPA is not merely one of classrooms and campus buildings, curriculum, and athletics. It is the story of generations being formed by truth, challenged to think deeply and Biblically, and called to live transformed lives— for God’ s glory alone. At the heart of our mission is a partnership— a sacred triangle of home, church, and school. That partnership has held strong across four decades, weathering cultural shifts and educational trends, because it rests not on preference, but on conviction. In every subject we teach, on every field where we compete, on every stage, and in every lab, we strive to reflect the message, the method, and the manner of Christ.
This 40th anniversary is a milestone and marker of God’ s enduring faithfulness. We celebrate it not with nostalgia alone, but with gratitude and resolve— to continue educating the whole child, nurturing the soul as well as the mind, and preparing students not just for college, but for calling.
As we look back, we see a story of grace. As we look ahead, we step forward in faith.
Soli Deo Gloria
