Ellie Sikes Taylor ' 07 and husband Brett welcomed son William Seay “ Billy ” Taylor in July 2023 . He joins two year old brother , Bowman . They live in Nashville where Ellie is a wardrobe stylist and Brett is worship director at West End Community Church , as well as a songwriter .

After a career as an engineer and management consultant , he has become a franchisee / owner of the dog grooming and wellness business , Scenthound . They have four locations in the Birmingham area and opened a Franklin location in May 2024 .
