Ingredients:
• 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1 cup baby potatoes, halved
• 1 cup fresh green beans, trimmed
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp dried rosemary
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp paprika( optional for added flavor)
• ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes( optional for heat)
• 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley( for garnish)
• Lemon wedges( for serving)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400 ° F( 200 ° C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Place the chicken breasts in the center of the baking sheet.
3. Arrange the halved baby potatoes and green beans around the chicken.
4. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
